Karmi Wellness was created to provide accessible, compassionate, nurse practitioner–led care in a way that fits real life. Our practice is built on the belief that healthcare should feel supportive, personalized, and grounded in evidence, not rushed or one-size-fits-all.

Karmi Wellness offers telehealth services delivered through the Sesame Care platform, including medical weight loss, PCOS consultations, prescription-grade skincare evaluations, and ongoing virtual care. All services are provided by a licensed nurse practitioner serving clients across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.

In addition to virtual care, Karmi Wellness offers mobile aesthetic services and provides birth planning and labor support as a community-focused service. This work reflects our commitment to whole-person wellness and meeting people where they are.

We are also home to The Gynius Bar Directory. Our directory is dedicated to connecting Black women across the United States with culturally competent GYN specialists.
