This Privacy Policy explains how Karmi Wellness, LLC ("Karmi Wellness," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit karmiwellness.com (the "Site") or interact with us through the Site, including our membership quiz, contact forms, and appointment booking tools.

This Policy covers the Site only. If you become a patient, the way we handle your protected health information ("PHI") as part of your clinical care is governed separately by our Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP), provided to you at intake and available upon request, which is issued in compliance with HIPAA. Nothing in this Site Privacy Policy limits or replaces the protections described in our NPP.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly, such as when you:

• Fill out our membership quiz, which asks about your general health circumstances, family situation, and care preferences to help recommend a membership tier

• Submit a contact form or email us

• Book an appointment or meet-and-greet through the Site or a linked third-party scheduler (such as Zocdoc or Sesame)

• Sign up for our email list or other communications from us (such as your name and email address)

Information collected automatically, such as:

• Pages visited, time on page, and general browsing behavior on the Site

• Device and browser type, general location (city/region level), and referral source

• This information is collected through Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to help us understand how visitors use the Site. You can learn more about how Google handles this data at Google's Privacy Policy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Our membership quiz asks general questions about your health circumstances to help recommend a membership tier. This is a self-selection tool, not a clinical intake — we do not use the Site to collect protected health information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. We treat quiz responses with care and confidentiality, but formal PHI protections begin once you are an established patient under our NPP.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule appointments or meet-and-greets

• Recommend an appropriate membership tier based on quiz responses

• Improve the Site's content, usability, and performance

• Understand how people find and use the Site (via Google Analytics)

• Communicate with you about your membership, if you become a patient

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Email Marketing

If you sign up for our email list or otherwise provide your email address for marketing purposes, we may send you emails about Karmi Wellness news, services, membership offers, and educational content. We use a third-party email marketing platform to manage and send these communications, which has its own privacy and data-handling practices.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using that link or by contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional or care-related communications you receive as an active member.

4. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party tools and services we use to operate our practice, including:

• Zocdoc and Sesame (appointment booking)

• Hint Health (membership management, for enrolled patients)

• Google Analytics (site analytics)

These third parties have their own privacy policies governing how they collect and use information, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites linked from our Site.

5. Cookies

The Site uses cookies (small data files stored on your device) primarily to support analytics functionality described above. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; note that some Site features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

6. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. Information about minor patients receiving care at Karmi Wellness is handled separately through our clinical intake and consent process, including our Minor/Dependent Consent form.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information submitted through the Site. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices

You may:

• Opt out of Google Analytics tracking as described in Section 1

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time as described in Section 3

• Decline to submit information through the Site's forms (though this may limit our ability to respond to your inquiry)

• Contact us to ask what information we hold about you through the Site
