Welcome to karmiwellness.com (the "Site"), operated by Karmi Wellness, LLC ("Karmi Wellness," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of this Site, including submitting a contact form, taking the membership quiz, or booking a meet-and-greet, does not establish a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship begins only once you have formally enrolled as a member of Karmi Wellness and completed our intake and consent process.

2. Not for Medical Emergencies

The Site and its content are not intended for use in a medical emergency. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Content on this Site should never delay seeking emergency care.

3. Educational Content Only

Any health, wellness, or membership-related information on the Site is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as, and should not be relied upon as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with questions regarding a medical condition.

4. Membership Quiz & Tier Recommendations

Our membership quiz is a self-selection tool intended to help you choose a membership tier that fits your circumstances. It is not a clinical assessment, and responses do not create or imply a provider-patient relationship. All membership tiers provide identical access to care; the quiz result is a recommendation only, and you are free to select any tier.

5. Third-Party Booking Tools

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party scheduling and membership platforms (including but not limited to Zocdoc, Sesame, and Hint Health). These platforms operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. Karmi Wellness is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party platforms.

6. Membership Terms

Enrollment in a Karmi Wellness membership is governed by a separate Membership Agreement provided at the time of sign-up, which sets out pricing, term length, cancellation terms, and other membership-specific provisions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Membership Agreement, the Membership Agreement governs for matters related to your membership.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Karmi Wellness, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

8. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep information on the Site accurate and current, including pricing, service offerings, and membership tier details. However, we do not guarantee that all content is free of errors or fully up to date, and pricing or service details are subject to change. In the event of a discrepancy, the terms in your signed Membership Agreement or invoice control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karmi Wellness, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
